Warranty:

1 YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

All Persang products are covered for 1 year PAN India warranty if you purchased it from our store, website and valid only when presenting original sales receipt.

There are few exception that are not covered by the warranty:

• Tampering with the microphone (opening the microphone and trying to repair yourself or by a non-authorized Persang repair center).
• Burnt by using wrong power adapter
• Water damage
• Physical or cosmetic damage includes and not limited to dropping the microphone, throwing the microphone or severing any of the wires because of misuse.

DOA (DEFECT ON ARRIVAL)

7 Days Replacement

Persang has a 7 Days Replacement Guarantee policy for customers. Kindly read below the details of the policy.

• In case of any manufacturing/technical defects with the goods, we will send you repl
• You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date or 7 days from the date of receiving.
• Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging along with complete accessories.
• Customers wishing to claim their 7 days Replacement need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number.
• Any shipping charges pertaining to the return of goods for replacement will be borne by the customer.
• Replace will only be processed once the goods are received back at our warehouse.
