Replacement and DOA Policy
- In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, please follow the points:
- You have to return the product within 7 Business days from the date of product delivery.
- The product must be in the same condition you received and undamaged in any way. (Including the packaging box, product, and accessories)
- After we receive your product(As mentioned in point no.3), our team will dispatch a replacement for your unit.
- If the product is damaged in any way, and you have initiated the return after 7 Business days from the product received, you will not be eligible for a replacement.

- For cancellation of your order, kindly contact our team, or drop an email on ([email protected]) from 10 am to 2 pm within the same day of order placement. Without notice will result in closing the window for cancellation.
7.1 If the order is placed after 5 pm, then the return window will be open till the next day at 11 am.
7.2 The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Refunds may take upto 14 business days.
7 Days Replacement
We have a 7 Days Replacement policy for customers. Kindly read below the details of the policy.
In case of any manufacturing/technical defects with the goods, inform us with the details and images, we will send you a replacement unit.
Replacement of order will only be processed once the goods are received back at our warehouse.
A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective or has physical damage. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team by calling +91 91065 92914 or by sending an email to [email protected].
In case of any product defect coming up within the 1st 7 business days of the invoice date, then the product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem, however, if the defect is minor then the product will be sent for repair. Any product defect notified after 7 business days of invoice will not be eligible for a replacement.
The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service center and the charges will be borne by the customer itself, however, when the product is sent back to the customer the charges will be borne by the company.
We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
