This Shipping Policy outlines our Shipping Process and important information related to Shipping and Delivery. 

  1. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping services to customers within PAN INDIA. If your reside out of India, then we can deliver Karaoke but the shipping charges will be extra. However, we regret that we are unable to deliver Speakers outside India at this time.
  2. Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is verified, our team will process the order within 2 Business Days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 4 pm, will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on weekends(Saturday and Sunday), will be dispatched on Monday.
  3. Shipping Methods and Carriers: We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely. Standard shipping usually takes 2-10 Business Days(depending upon location) for delivery, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery(Charges Extra). 
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping in PAN INDIA is free as per Standard Shipping. If you require the Fastest delivery, then that service is also available for extra charges(depending upon location).
  5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or on Whatsapp, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey in real-time.
  6. Customs and Duties: For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may be applicable to your shipment. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on your country’s customs regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information. 
  7. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that your package is deemed, undeliverable or if you provide an incorrect shipping address during checkout, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. 
  8. Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or transportation delays etc may affect delivery times. We kindly request your understanding in such situations. 
  9. Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery on the provided location by the buyer, we consider the order fulfilled and will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
